The three-slotted grip design (available on 45LB, 35LB, 25LB, and 10LB plates) allows for easy lifting and loading, while the rugged rubber encasing protects your plates, floors, and other equipment from damage. Raised reinforcements on both sides of each grip slot ensure enhanced strength, making these plates a trusted choice for trainers worldwide. The new steel center bore insert provides a secure and snug fit on most 2” Olympic bars.
NOTE: 5 LB and 2.5 LB plates do not have grip holes.
