The PowerBlock Elite EXP 70 is designed for all weight lifters who want the best in performance and space-saving design. These adjustable dumbbells expand up to 90 lbs. per dumbbell, with 2.5 to 5 lb. incremental adjustments to help you build strength while maintaining proper form. Add Stage 3 (90 lbs.) expansions as your strength progresses.
