The InTek Armor Series Urethane Encased Olympic Plates has five grips on the 100 lb plates. Five grips, when using two hands, enables a user’s hands to be in a comfortable position. More important is the counter-opposing radius of each grip. By this, the radius of the grip is opposite the outer radius of the plate. Now, the radius of the grip matches the shape of a user’s hand, again, creating a comfortable position. Some exercises that are made functional by InTek Olympic grip plates include: farmer’s walk, weighted overhead lunges, twisting-weighted sit-ups, front raises, lateral raises, upright rows, the list is endless. The depth of the user’s creativity is the only boundary.
